Stayed for 2 nights and had a nice rest. Got small problem like the door wont locked automatically from the outside so i called the receptionist to check the door and solved. I just need to close the door with extra hard than normally does. And there’s loud noises from the pub i think? Doesn’t bother me much but first time i heard I thought there’s ghost voice from the next building 💀 afterall good. Maybe the hotel should fix the door because i almost left my room without checking if the door locked or not.
Very pretty hotel. The rooms are new and clean. We really liked the staff. Special thanks to Ms. Canan and Mr. Mertcan. Whenever we asked, they tried to fulfill our requests immediately. The location is very close to Kyzylay. We were satisfied with our choice.
I would like to thank all the stuff of the hotel especially Ms Hulya she is a wonderful manager she is very good at what she is doing. Really people are grateful helpful and the rooms are very good. I hope that I can visit again and spend nights at this place nira hotel
