Nirvana Place

Very cosy and quaint boutique hotel on soi 4 Jomtien. Have great rates and beautiful rooms. The night shift desk girl was super and helped us a lot. The day desk girl was the opposite: rude and terse, as if we are annoying her. Lose a star just for her. Toilet broke twice but other than that we loved our 6 day stay. We rented 3 rooms.

The stay is very nice and spacious. All the necessary amenities were there. The room was huge. The AC, Induction oven was working properly. They were doing the cleaning daily. The balcony was quite spacious. And their breakfast was fantastic. The only cons are the property is old and you will always carry a damp like smell with you always and it does not have any elevator so if your room is on high floor, you have the option for stairs only.

I had reserved for 6 nights and had to cancel because the bed sheets were dirty. I asked for new sheets and I had to change them myself. Good thing cause I saw that the new sheets were stained as well with what appeared to be a greasy substance. The duvet cover was ripped and the bath mat was also dirty. I did not want to sleep in their bed so I cancelled my stay and changed hotels. The manager was kind enough to waive the 1-night penalty fee for cancellations. The area where the hotel was located had a lot of massage specialists sitting across from the hotel who all looked at me when I opened the curtains and went on the balcony.
