The room was amazing and cozy, the cost point is a bit high, but it's worth it... And you will feel all luxurious and cozy yet comfy in the rooms. A great stay and is a must for hotel stay if let's say you wanna treat yourself to a bougie vacay!
Beautiful hotel. The AC was really cold and nice unlike many hotel chains which don't cool well. Right next to a small mall. Good food options nearby within a 2km distance. Staff are friendly.
Overall a Great Experience with a Few Concerns We had a great experience during our stay at the hotel. The overall environment was welcoming and most of the staff were very courteous and attentive. We especially want to appreciate the excellent behavior and support of the following team members: Amit, Doly, Sadhna, Kajal, and Sudhansu – they were all very helpful, caring, and made our stay more comfortable. However, we did face some issues that need attention: Room Cleaning: Housekeeping services were inconsistent. Rooms were not cleaned properly on a daily basis. Missing Items: Essential items like towels, shampoo, and shoe shiner were often missing and not replaced regularly. Receptionist Behavior: The behavior and service at the reception could be improved. We found the communication and support from some reception staff to be unprofessional and not up to the standard we expected. We hope these issues can be addressed to enhance the experience for future guests. Thank you again for the hospitality shown by the rest of the day
