The staff was so friendly and I love the room set up. It included an electric stove, a washing machine, a tv that you can rotate either towards the bed or the seating area, and a safe box. The front desk as well as the young man that helped carry my bags were very friendly. Definitely recommend staying here. The only thing that I didn’t like was one of the sandwiches I ordered from room service made me feel pretty sick but I think it’s a third party restaurant and not connected to the hotel.

Great hotel with lovely staff. Perfect location. Mustafa was very helpful when we encountered some issues with a taxi booking.

Horrible experience from day one. As we came in AC wasn’t working. Called them several times and then the tech guy came in to fix it after many hours. Then their fridge wasn’t working the next day we realized. As we entered property smelled like gutter from their bathroom to their sink and could smell into entire apartment. We asked the management team to do something about it. They changed our room to a different room which was on the same level right front of our other room !! Same thing few hours later. Management team didn’t do nothing even after realizing the smell was bad and it was confirmed by their front desk staff as they told their management on duty tuba. Horrible experience for sure and we had to check out after two nights. They didn’t refund our money back. (I wouldn’t recommend nor i would ever ask a friends / family to book them) it’s a joke. Their property is old but they made it look like its new however multiple damages to their roof and their plumbing system for sure which tuba had confirmed. It was my husband birthday trip and had to get something else to check in and stayed at different location which we had to pay additional $1300. This place is so deceiving by their pictures. I wouldn’t even give them 1 star.
