Nishitetsu Resort Inn Naha

We stay in the hotel on Oct 13. The location was terrific that it’s near YUI RAIL station and RYUBO Department Store, and only 10-15mins walk to Kokusai Dori. The room was a little bit small for family of 4, but is very clean and neat. And it was quite suitable for our last stop in Okinawa. (Given it was during Matsuri, it’s quite reasonable that bigger rooms are all booked already😅) We’d like to thank the lady at the counter, who helped us pre-check in, assisted to arrange the room that fits our needs, and kindly share lots of information of the Matsuri. Also, we’d like to thank the sir who answered our call at the night and tried very hard to get us a small chair which could be used in bathroom. (For it’d be much more easier for us to take the bath for the kids.) Thanks to the hotel and the enthusiastic staff.🤗

This hotel isn’t too far from the airport and easy to reach via the limousine bus from the Naha airport. Rooms are decent, clean, and comfortable. Amenities like toothbrushes, comb, cotton buds, shower cap etc aren’t provided in the rooms themselves, but are made available to all guests at their hotel lobby. So you can just grab what you need upon check in, or whenever necessary. It’s an easy walk to and from Palette Kumonji as well, and there are a few restaurants around the hotel that you can reach on foot as well. Breakfast at the hotel is a Japanese breakfast, but they have pastries, toast, cereal, salad and a number of drinks to go with your breakfast.

We stayed for 2 nights. Service was good & friendly, but contrary to what the lobby might let you initially believe, the hotel feels quite run down. The sofa in the room had stains & the room was a bit dusty in general. The ventilation system in the bathroom was not cleaned properly (you could see the dust). The AC in the hallway was also full of dust. Further, we used the in-house laundry facilities which was ok except for the fact that the filter of the tumble dryer does not appear to be cleaned on a regular basis.
