We had the most unforgettable stay at Nizuc Resort & Spa in Cancun—truly a five-star experience from start to finish! I celebrated a milestone birthday here, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The setting is stunning, the service is impeccable, and every detail—from the food to the accommodations—was flawless. What truly set Nizuc apart for us was the incredible kids club. Orchid and Mary are absolute gems—warm, attentive, and truly amazing with the kids. Our little ones were begging to go back every day, and as parents, it gave us such peace of mind knowing they were in such loving and capable hands. If you’re looking for a luxurious, family-friendly destination with unmatched service and attention to detail, Nizuc is it. We’re already dreaming about our next visit!

Very respectful and professional staff! Montse was great at welcoming us and getting us situated in all of our rooms. The hotel is very peaceful and relaxing! From the room to the beach to the pool, everything is picture perfect. Staff work very hard to keep the hotel very clean, even cleaning the beach. Food is 10/10, very fresh, and is very flavorful. Came with my family of eight and everything was up to par. Great pools with views, both family friendly as well as adult pool for those looking to relax. Definitely a one of a kind resort in Cancun, would recommend to anyone!

Beautiful and peaceful place! The best service I’ve had in my life. Everyone is humble, honest, welcoming and nice. Every employee was outstanding! All the restaurants were great, the breakfast buffet was impeccable, the gym was awesome, everything was perfect! I accidentally forgot my sunglasses at one of the restaurants. The next day, I reported them lost. Everyone rallied together to find my glasses. Once they were found, the manager of the resort took it upon himself to locate me on the beach and brought my sunglasses to me! Words can’t really express. I’m definitely coming back!
