We had the most wonderful weekend. All the staff is so friendly and helpful. Our guide on the drives was Derrick. He made every drive a new experience with his knowledge and his friendly interaction with everyone on the vehicle. To be honest, if it was possible I would give you a 10☆ rating. Thank you to each and everyone for an unforgettable weekend.

From the warm and friendly staff to the delicious food, every detail was perfect. The #gamedrives were simply amazing, offering us experiences we will cherish forever. If you have dietary requirements, this place is NOT for you! The ground staff tried and game rangers were great! Being SA expat, I love booking these game reserves and one would expect the best but not at Nkomazi. I booked Nkomazi accommodation 2 months prior to trip with my vegan and vegetarian dietary requirements. All that was done was for my meals was to remove meat without any substitutes. This establishment is accredited as 5 star yet the meal and food experience was by far lacking. We did leave one day earlier to due the poor meals, refund was lodged taking several weeks to process. I cannot recommend to anyone if you have dietary requirements and I believe the issue was poorly handled by general manager. Based on my experiences here, I will never return or book with Newmark group again
