A Memorable Stay with Exceptional Service. This hotel offered a great stay with its spacious rooms and clean linens. Although the bathroom might benefit from some improvements in size and the water trap, it was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall value. The vicinity has numerous charming cafes with delightful coffee and desserts. The vintage lift added character, even if it was snug.The quaint, old-fashioned lift was a charming touch. A special shout-out to Ms. Poly, whose caring nature and helpful advice significantly enhanced my stay. Ms. Poly deserves special recognition; her kindness and insightful advice were truly appreciated. Her gesture of bringing an ice pack for my back injury was beyond thoughtful. I left the ice pack in the fridge, thanks again Ms. Poly! Kudos for being such an asset to the hotel.

I have recently stayed at this place for a couple of days and it has been a great choice overall. I arrived very late, after midnight, and there was someone at the lobby waiting for me and eager to provide assistance. Staff at the front desk was always helpful. Then the facilities. Well, yes, the elevator is a tad small amd slow. The rooms, however were huge. The only aspect to improve is the vleaning of the kitchenette area. There was dust on the cups and glasses, as if they hadn't been washed in ages, also the sponge was as hard as marble from the Parthenon and full of hair and other stuff in it which I did not want to get near to it. Additionally, they forgot to do housekeeping on the second day so we had to ask for toiletries and fresh towels. There is a tram stop and metro station within walking distance, a plus, as well as many cafeterias (one right by the main entrance that's very good and inexpensive). Also within walking distance is the Acropolis. All in all, a good place to stay. I'd return

We had a very good stay at NLH FIX in Athens. The hotel is modern, clean, and well-designed, offering a boutique feel with comfortable, stylish rooms equipped with everything you need. The location is excellent, within walking distance to the Acropolis, Plaka, and close to the metro, making it a great base for exploring the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, contributing to a smooth and pleasant experience. A couple of minor drawbacks: the reception area is quite small, and the elevator is very narrow - only fits 2-3 people without baggage, which can be a bit inconvenient during check-in or check-out. Also, instead of a buffet, the hotel provides a boxed breakfast, which has limited options—especially for vegetarians, making it a bit underwhelming for guests with dietary preferences. Despite these small issues, it’s a great choice for a comfortable, well-located stay in Athens
