No 38 The Park

Absolutely exceptional. We stayed here for our wedding and have visited a few times since, it is definitely one of our favourite places to stay as it is always so wonderful. The staff are always really friendly and helpful, they very kindly upgraded our room this time as well. The rooms are decorated so beautifully and the beds are really comfortable. Highly recommend.

Me and my partner thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We stayed in a “Very Good” room for a couple nights. We managed to easily park in front of the hotel in their small carpark to begin with but parked on the street adjacent (as they say to park if the carpark is full) with no worries, they supply a digital permit for you. The hotel itself was so open, inviting, charming and cosy, really nicely decorated and had a really nice all round vibe. The staff were FANTASTIC so so lovely, smiley and helpful. One staff member took one of our bags to our room for us when we arrived which was really nice. The young lady with glasses and long black hair was particularly smiley and so lovely, she really welcomed us when we came down for breakfast the first morning. Speaking of breakfast, it was delicious and they have a really nice dining area. 10/10 staff, I would be so proud if I were the hotel owner ☺️ The room was really nice, so welcoming with complimentary bits, sweet treats and port! A really nice touch was a sealed letter for us when we arrived with the info of the hotel (WiFi etc). The toilet was really nice too, two sinks and a lush rainfall shower. White towels, robes and bed sheets, overall felt soo clean! If we’re in Cheltenham again we would 100% love to stay here again, one of our most favourite hotel stays we’ve had.

Lovely room with Georgian feel. Retro designed bathroom. Great attention to detail. Complimentary port, vegan brownie bites and hot water bottle was a nice touch. Bathrobes as extras and clean comfortable beds. Highly recommend.
