I had the pleasure of staying at the Tempo by Hilton in June, and it was truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had to date. From the moment I arrived, the hotel’s atmosphere felt elevated, welcoming, and beautifully designed every corner offered comfort and intention. As someone who decorates hotels for special occasions, I pay close attention to detail, and the Tempo exceeds expectations in every way. It’s clear that guest experience is a top priority, and the entire space is a perfect blend of style, convenience, and luxury. A standout during my stay was Gray. He went above and beyond from the very beginning he’s incredibly helpful, kind, and genuinely resourceful. No question or request ever felt like too much, and he always offered solutions with such grace and professionalism. It’s rare to meet someone who makes you feel both seen and cared for as a guest, and Gray did just that. His service alone made me feel completely at home and ensured my stay was smooth, enjoyable, and memorable. Because of the exceptional service I received especially from Gray, Tempo by Hilton has become my top choice hotel to recommend to clients. I’ve personally referred more than 10 clients to this location, and each one has been equally impressed. When you combine great service with a beautiful space, it creates a level of trust that’s hard to come by. Thanks to Gray and the Tempo team, I can confidently say this is a hotel experience worth repeating and recommending time and time again.
Stayed here mid-week two nights. Excellent location, excellent hotel staff. Dinner in restaurant was very, very good. Room very clean. Overlooked Times Square - perfect view. Electronic room controls were a nice touch. Although, they only occasionally worked to raise or lower drapes. Electronic was the only means to raise or lower drapes. Room was very small. King bed, small desk and bathroom. No substantive room to move otherwise. Certainly not sized for two people who need to move about. The bathroom was proportionally sized to the rest of the room, except the shower was large enough for six people. Not an exaggeration. Although there is so much I liked about this hotel, the size of the room for the price seems incompatible.
Nicole at the front desk was phenomenal. She was very helpful with the prior arrival arrangements I needed. Her professionalism and understanding was outstanding. Love the hotel, very close to everything. My only major disappointment was I clearly had ask for connection rooms since I was traveling with my kids. Upon checking I verified of the rooms were connected and I was assured they were. Sadly once I go to the rooms they were absolutely not connected but next to each other. It was difficult trying to go back and forth to the room to share toiletries stuff and making sure the kids were good. I didn’t sleep because of the room situation.
