No.23 Aparthotel

No 23 apartments is well situated with just a short 10 minute walk from the old town centre,Rooms are clean and very modern. Stayed with my wife and two teenagers and was well accommodated and rooms are a generous size and modern. Main door is on a key code entry too get in but the area its self is nice and quiet. Would definitely stay again if visiting.

Couldn't have asked for more. The room was spacious and clean. The location of being in the old town was just a 10min walk to the main square, where you'll find the main bars and restaurants. It's a nice walk through a park. All communications were over Whatsapp. Quick responses. I was asking lots of questions about Krakow and my stay before my trip and during, they were all answered thoroughly and prompt. I asked for more pillows and toiletries during my stay, again delivered without delay. My trip organiser cancelled my Auschwitz visit and the hotel kindly organized me another at last minute. I would strongly recommend for location and the hotels attentiveness.

We paid a lot of money via jet2 and really didn't really meet our expectation of a 4✩ boutique/ premium aparthotel based on price we paid - was more like a youth hostel. Pros- ☆Location is great. ✩ Self check in was easy and problem free. ☆WhatsApp communication was helpful. ✩ Beds were relevantly comfortable. ✩ Shower was great. Minor Cons - ☆Trams right outside may cause sleeping issues. ✩ 2 drawers didn't close right. ☆Curtains didn't close right. ☆When we arrived bathroom smelt like rotten sewage but by 2nd day it had dispersed. ✩ Bag storage under stairs is tiny and awkward to put luggage in and get out especially with others luggage in. ✩ Outside courtyard is scruffy and not appealing. We had a great time in Krakow & didn't have a bad experience at No 23 but wasn't really worth the high price we paid.
