An amazing hotel, great breakfast and food, very friendly staff and is perfect for a get away. The interior blew me away the most, very well decorated with the artwork and overall ambiance. It also has a lovely swimming pool. I would love to stay there for a couple of days, I was dropping someone off at the time I discovered it and got to look around and have breakfast and the hotel made quite the impression on me, I would totally recommend.

The suites are luxuriously spacious, including the bathroom. Pool is a bit shaded...but still lovely. Above all, what stood out to me were the friendly staff and the top notch service they deliver!

I had the worst experience with staff while on the movie and burger special. The staff is impatient whilst addressing you as if they have no desire to service or attend to you. There was a group of Americans sitting next to our table and they were given the best service, even at our expense. Instead of the waiter asking us about our meal and checking up on us, she didn’t once greet us but instead focused and averted her attention to the Americans. Just let us know if locals are not valuable and our rand is less valuable then the euros, dollars and so forth, then we can go to other establishments that show movies and serve burgers as well. But apart from that the establishment is gorgeous. I love the African artwork, I love the interior design but that’s not enough to subsitute for lazy, disinterested and un-passionate staff. I’m disappointed. This incident occurred on the 18 of April 2025 around the 11:00 and 14:00 time slot. It was not worth my money, there are other aesthetically pleasing establishments in PE.
