Overall very supportive staff, good people overall but the problem is in the room itself. Very small bathroom and old sanitary for 5 stars apartment and with such value. I am not sure I will stay there again unless they fix the toilet and renovate it.
I would not recommend. We are due to stay in a few days and just had our reservation cancelled. They said it was because of repairs that needed to happen to a boiler, which may be true. But, I built our entire trip around this location. Thankfully, Expedia is helping us. This does not appear to be the first time they cancelled last minute.
