Noah's Ark Deluxe Hotel & Spa

I am trying to find the right words so I don’t end up saying something rude but disappointed is the least I can say. I had to call reception 5 times for them to clean our room and they still didn’t arrive. In our food we found a worm 🐛, A LITERAL WORM!!!! I am still staying in this hotel and can’t wait for the day to leave. After finding the worm, manager didn’t even say sorry. After many complaints hotel supervisor arrived and did his best to help but nothing can make up for how awful is this place. This hotel couldn’t even get 1 star let alone it is supposed to be 5 stars. Rooms are not clean, there were hair from previous people in the shower. Really don’t trust anyone that may even give more than 1 star to this hotel. Probably they are working here and writing good reviews to keep the hotel working

WARNING DO NOT COME‼️⚠️ Never in my life have i had such a bad experience with a hotel. I’ve been to at least 30 different hotels and this is by far the worst. The safety precautions don’t exist here, with no lifeguards around. Room has very poor AC and around the building it’s very hot as there is no ventilation. I requested a toiletrie from room service 3 times, they wrote our room number down and said they would bring it but never did. I had to call up reception and 45 minutes later finally received it. There is also ant infestations in the room. coming to the service part, it is absolutely terrible. There is no guest relations, We reserved a hut on the beach and we waited around for 30 minutes in the heat for someone to come and help with it even though we came at the said time. There was no staff around. The huts are not worth €70 to hire for 4 hours. I also had an incident with a couple in the pool where for 2 days they were doing innapropriate things in the pool knowing there’s kids playing everywhere. I personally came with 2 kids and as they were doing their indecency they bumped into one of the kids and that is where i drew the line. I said to them to be more careful where they are going and they started swearing infront of the kids at us. The man tried hitting me (15yo girl) and was swearing. saying they’re going to fight us. We complained to staff while they pretended to write something down. We had also complained prior the incident and no action was taken which resulted in this. We didn’t receive any form of apology and later saw them comforting the couple. In this hotel you are only important if you are a big spender in the casino, otherwise normal customers are thrown aside. Customer service is the worst i’ve seen in my life. We are concerned of the lack of safety here. The person that we complained to came a good 10 minutes later and there was only 1 barlady around. If that man actually tried to attack us no staff would get involved until later. No lifeguards, nothing. When we complained to the reception, they told us to go somewhere else and that place told us to go somewhere else. DO NOT COME HERE. ESPECIALLY WITH KIDS, THERE ARE CREEPS WITH NO SAFETY TO GO TO IF AN INCIDENT HAPPENS. SAVE YOUR MONEY. DONT FALL FOR THE FAKE 5 STARS. Also there is no one in the kids club

Disappointing Experience - Not a 5-Star Resort As a business owner, I'm always cautious about leaving 1-star reviews, but this hotel is far from the 5-star luxury resort it's advertised as. At best, it's a 4-star hotel. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that 90% of the staff were extremely unhappy, which directly affected the level of service. Housekeeping was a major issue—our room wasn't cleaned properly, and bedsheets were not changed, even after we specifically called and asked for it to be done. Cleanliness seems to be a low priority here, and that's unacceptable for a hotel claiming to be 5-star. The beach was littered with cigarette butts and rubbish. While guests are partly to blame, the hotel should have staff regularly cleaning the area, especially with children playing in the sand. It was disgusting and completely ruined the experience for us. The building itself is not bad, but it's managed very poorly. The food is bland and repetitive, and the alcoholic drinks at the bar were of very poor quality. Overall, this place ruined our holiday. If you're expecting a true 5-star experience, do not come here. The service, cleanliness, and overall experience are well below standard.
