From our efficient check in to checkout, Shelley and the team were great. Room was clean bed very comfortable. Any request was met with a smile. The location is right next to the shops and restaurants. Can recommend to anyone and when next in Muswellbrook, would gladly check in again.
The room wasnt in a good location since it was behind every room and it was further away from the car park. The price was around 30$ higher than other motels with no difference. A bit bad smell in the room. Airconditioning was working all the night and still the room was cold in compare of the motel in Tamworth we stayed a night before and we turned the air-conditioning off before we sleep
Rooms were very clean & tidy. Pool was a great addition for cooling off from the heat. Unfortunately, the air con in the room was disappointing. Overall, it was a good stay for 1 night. The location was great with everything within walking distance.
