I had a great time at this hotel, the room was very clean and comfortable, I woke up late for breakfast so I didn’t experience food poisoning 😅
Our entire tour group got food poisoning after eating at this hotel. Over 30 people on our bus became seriously ill, which completely disrupted our travel plans. This is absolutely unacceptable. The hotel needs to urgently review its hygiene and food safety standards. I strongly advise others to be cautious before staying or dining here. 4/07/2025
On 05.07.2025, after dinner at the hotel where we stayed with 44 people with Izmir Academi Tour, everyone had diarrhea and the hotel management's reaction was to come and say "You shouldn't stay". Be careful when staying, the staff is very problematic and their attitude towards customers is not nice at all. May Jesus save them.
