Noble Boutique Hotel

I had a wonderful stay at Noble Boutique Hotel. The room was elegant, clean, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The location was perfect, close to main attractions, shops, and restaurants. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making me feel truly welcome. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable stay.

The room I booked was a bit smaller than I expected but Amos very well planned and exquisite decorated. The shower was big and spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. The food in the restaurant is awesome to say the least. Great staff here at the restaurant very attentive, I would say the perfect restaurant staff. The location of the hotel is ideal close to city Center I’m just a mile (1,6km)walk to the beautiful castle.

I’ve been their client for at least 5 years. This time I had a package delivered and they gave me a whole “can’t accept it” speech. I asked to talk to a manager and manager started making excuses and taking it off on me. Extremely unprofessional and rude. I’ve canceled my upcoming reservations and will not come back as this is not the first time when their service is unacceptable. They never recognize even their returning clients, never save information (every time I had to remind them I need a quiet room). But today I’ve realized that if a manager is so unprofessional, I cannot expect anything good to come. Thus - rebooked my hotel. Thanks God, there’s always a choice. But losing a long-time client was not clever at all.
