Nobu Hotel Atlanta

My wife and I had a great one night “staycation” at Nobu! Everyone from Marcus the valet, to Ramadan, Nigel, and the other front desk staff, to Cynthia at the bar were wonderful. The hotel is modern and beautiful, our room was excellent. We didn’t realize they had such a nice rooftop pool, next time we’ll bring our swimsuits. Everything was perfect for us and we can’t wait to stay again!

We just wanted to extend a heartfelt thank you to Alanna, Mariah, and the entire Nobu team for such a memorable stay. We checked out today and truly enjoyed every moment. From the warm hospitality to the beautifully designed space, everything exceeded our expectations. The valet service was seamless — quick, efficient, and handled with genuine courtesy. Every staff member we encountered was kind, professional, and made us feel well cared for throughout our visit. The thoughtful card and gifts sent to our room were a lovely surprise — such a personal touch and the perfect takeaway to remember our stay by. Every element of the experience, from the smooth check-in process to the comfort and style of the accommodations, reflected the high standard of care Nobu is known for. The team truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and valued. It was an all-around wonderful experience, and we’re already looking forward to the opportunity to return — hopefully to host an event with you in the future! Terrible Service and Mediocrity at best - I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The overall service was far below my expectations. When booking this room it said it came with a complimentary bottle of wine. When I asked the concierge about it he looked a little confused but said he would have it sent up to the room. I never received it. Then on Saturday night we had reservations at the Nobu restaurant, the food was all right but our waiter never came back to check on us after bringing out our food. This just isn't the service I'd expect from Nobu. I had to ask surrounding waiters to refill my water, and bring me additional dipping sauce. The following day at the rooftop pool I was looking forward to sitting out and enjoying my meal. When I saw a server I asked him is there a menu from my chair, he responded "It'd be a lot easier for me if you came to the bar". Well my job isn't to make his life easier, I expected to be serviced just like every other guest. After ordering I was asked to pay right then and there, I'm not sure if it's customary but normally you pay after receiving your food. Finally, our food was brought to our pool chairs in to go containers which was very off-putting and left my sister and I unsatisfied considering the other guests got dish-ware and fancy looking trays. Overall, I expected so much more from this hotel but still made the most of my time.
