Nobu Hotel Barcelona

The rooms are wonderful; spacious, clean with a terrific view! From the moment we walked into the hotel, the staff has been very friendly, courteous, helpful and cheerful. A beautiful place to stay. The breakfast each morning was busy and each day the staff rose to the challenge. A fantastic selection of local foods. The staff was eager to assist and provided a memorable meal. Special shout out to Mateo for his excellent service, great attitude and personal service!

We had a fantastic stay at Nobu Barcelona and would absolutely return. The hotel is impeccably clean, the staff are warm and welcoming, and the bed was genuinely the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. The location is ideal—just steps from the metro—offering easy access to the city without being caught in the constant noise and crowds of the center. It’s a much better alternative to staying in the middle of the action. A few notes: the shower, while sleek and modern in design, wasn’t the most practical—it tends to leave water all over the bathroom. The gym was always empty when I went in the afternoons and had everything I needed for a solid weight session. The rooftop pool is a nice touch, but it’s very small and always crowded, so we never actually got to use it. One highlight of our trip was celebrating my husband's birthday with dinner at the Nobu restaurant—it was absolute magic and made the entire experience even more memorable. If you’re planning a visit to Barcelona, I can’t recommend this hotel enough. It’s a stylish, comfortable, and peaceful home base for exploring the city.

Avoid this hotel at all costs. I've stayed here a few times and the last time was truly the last. From spending a ton of time on my vacation having to (re)explain issues to the staff to needing maintenance to come twice (to two different rooms - we had to switch because the blinds kept breaking in our old room), to an old room service tray not being picked up outside of our room for almost 24 hours...this was only a snapshot of the issues with the room and general service provided by Nobu. This is listed as a 5-star hotel but it definitely is not. You can get a much nicer experience for the same amount of money at plenty of other hotels throughout the city. Truly, this place is not worth the headache. Save your vacation and choose a different place to stay.
