Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay

What a treat! ✨ visiting Ibiza from Miami!!!! Nobu never disappoints. The chef did it again- every bite was perfection. The fresh fish, the signature sauces, and the flawless presentation made this meal unforgettable. The service was impeccable, attentive without ever feeling rushed. I love that wherever we go, Nobu brings the same world-class quality, letting us savor incredible flavors and high-end dining every single time. 🐟🍣 It’s more than dinner-it’s an experience of taste, elegance, and indulgence that leaves you smiling long after the last bite.

Good hotel in a nice area close to the towns and ports. Everyone there was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good but the buffet could be improved, and their lunch options were fair. However, if u call and request anything u’ll have to wait a long time until your request is fulfilled. Additionally, the housekeeping was lacking, and I’m not talking about the housekeepers personally, but the management hired so little help that they cannot keep up with the amount of guests, but the keepers were very professional and clean. I was surprised that a hotel with the name Nobu did not have soap as u get given the soap and bodywash as one. Also I had to call multiple days to ask for my complimentary water as it wasn’t provided everyday. Finally, the amenities were great and there’s a nice kids area too.

I stayed at Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay from July 14 to July 19, 2025, and it was one of the most disappointing and troubling hotel experiences I’ve ever had. While the hotel markets itself as a luxury destination, the service and training of staff fall shockingly short of even basic standards. During my stay: • Two of my valuable rings went missing from my room — a 2.5-carat diamond platinum ring and a designer ring from MyTheresa. • I reported the loss immediately, and while the management claimed to investigate, their response was vague and inconclusive. No useful updates were provided, and they ultimately refused any responsibility simply because the items weren't locked in the safe. • I’ve since filed a formal police report and will be following up with legal channels. In addition to the theft, the housekeeping was inconsistent and poorly trained: • Dirty trays were left outside rooms for days without being cleared. • Staff ignored the “Do Not Disturb” signs and entered the room without knocking or permission. • The general lack of accountability and professionalism was extremely disappointing. A luxury hotel should not just look beautiful on the outside — it should uphold the highest standards of service, security, and integrity. Sadly, Nobu Ibiza failed on all counts. I do not recommend staying here, especially if you value your belongings and peace of mind.
