Nobu Hotel Riyadh

First of all, I don't know why I couldn't find Nobu restaurant as a place instead of writing the review under Nobu Hotel. Second, it was a great experience and delicious food. I liked how the host and the other staff welcomed every guest loudly in Japanese. All the recommendations by the server were on spot, I liked the shrimp salad, sushi, wagu beef, and pop corn shrimp were very good. Comparing to Nobu in NYC and LA, I expected to have a more lively atmosphere.

I tried Nobu the restaurant, and it was delicious! The architecture and the food is spectacular. I really enjoyed a selection of their food, but mostly the black cod😋 it was full of flavor and just melts in your mouth. Really enjoyed how sophisticated and elegant the restaurant was. I will definitely come again!

Lovely and welcoming staff with great atmosphere. The first thing you encounter is a warm welcome shout from all the service staff a really nice touch. The menu is diverse and unique. The quality of ingredients is top notch. The sushi is perfect. Honestly this is the best sushi I had in Riyadh. Perfectly cooked grains of rice barley held together and topped with some quality fish. Now the bad: the prices are insane. There is at least 6 other high end Japanese places in Riyadh but nobu is priced at another level for no reason. Some dishes are not well executed. They are not bad but you had them executed better at some other place. The staff was wonderful. The manager took care of my complaint in a really professional way.
