Just came back from a long weekend (Friday - Monday) and I have to say, I was a bit nervous after reading these reviews BUT, our stay was great. We were able to check in early (free of charge since we are diamond members) and the room was great. I saw a lot of comments about bad water pressure and our was completely fine. Everyone from check in, to house keeping and bar tenders were wonderful. A great perk was free happy hour from 5-6pm. Was perfect for a before dinner drink. The only semi complaint is the room could have been colder but, we like our rooms an icebox. I’m sure for most people it would have been perfect. Overall our stay was great here and could come back again!

Overall was an okay experience besides for a couple of negative things. The staff was friendly. The location was good, had good access to the strip and other neighboring hotels. Also the hotel elevators to the rooms were located right next to the Caesars Casino so that was convenient. Now for the negative experiences we had. When we initially checked in, our room was not ready which was expected because we arrived a little earlier so we checked our bags at the front desk. When the room was finally ready we gave the front desk clerk our luggage ticket and was shown our room. They told us our luggage would be delivered to our room shortly. We waited over one hour until I finally had to call the front desk to see where our luggage was and it seemed the front desk clerk lost our luggage tag because we had to describe our luggage to them so they could figure out which luggage was even ours. So I am assuming it would have never been delivered if we didn’t call the front desk. Another issue we had was there was a used needle in one of the drawers of the dressers. Which was gross and alarming. (Picture included) We didn’t notice it was there until we were leaving and double checking we didn’t leave anything behind. Overall was okay besides for the two negative things but we will not stay here ever again because of them. Especially since we have had better experiences at other hotels in Vegas.

I have arrived at 5:15 PM on Sunday 07/13/25 to check in I was told my room was not ready. check in time was at 4 PM. They told me it should be ready in 45 minutes that the manager put a rush for my room to get cleaned and that I can wait or I can come back so I decided to go have dinner. They said we will give you a call when the room is ready . . I never received a call back I went back to the hotel and waited until 8:45 PM and I still did not get my room that I asked for with Las Vegas strip view. It was very unprofessional the way the Manager never came out to talk me , The customers behind me had the same problem checking in. I paid for a day that I didn’t even have access to till 8:45 PM .I DO NOT recommend this place. Double check your reservations before checking in.
