Our stay at Nobus Hotel in Albania was genuinely one of the highlights of our trip. The setting is absolutely breathtaking — perched above the Ionian Sea with panoramic views, it offers the perfect backdrop for relaxation and beauty. The infinity pool was a particular highlight. Spacious, tranquil, and with views stretching across the water to the mountains, it’s one of the most peaceful places we’ve ever swum. We spent hours lounging poolside, cocktails in hand, enjoying the warmth and calm. Sunsets at Nobus are magical. Every evening the sky turned shades of orange and pink, and whether from the pool, the terrace, or the comfort of our room, the view was always spectacular. What made the experience truly memorable was the warmth and attentiveness of the staff. A special thank you to Piero, whose kindness and attention to detail made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived. The entire team was thoughtful, friendly, and went out of their way to make our stay feel special. Yes — it’s not the cheapest place to stay in the region, but for the setting, the service, and the quality of the experience, it was absolutely money well spent. If you’re visiting the Albanian Riviera and looking for a peaceful, stylish retreat with world-class views and outstanding hospitality, Nobus Hotel is a must.

An Unforgettable Stay Thanks to Anjeza, Pierre, and the Beautiful Views Our stay was nothing short of perfect, and it’s hard to put into words how much we appreciated everything. The hotel itself was stunning, with breathtaking views that made every morning and evening feel magical. Waking up to such beauty was a gift in itself. But what truly made this experience unforgettable was the incredible staff. Anjeza at reception welcomed us with such warmth and sincerity that we immediately felt at home. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for guests made every interaction a pleasure. She always had a smile, a helpful tip, and the kind of attention that makes you feel truly seen and valued. And Pierre at the bar made our evenings even more special. His friendly spirit, great conversation, and attentive service created memories we’ll treasure. Pierre brought so much heart to every moment, and his energy made everyone feel like part of the family. It’s a rare thing when a place offers not just beauty, but also people who fill your stay with kindness, care, and genuine connection. We are deeply grateful and can’t wait to return

I visited Nobus Hotel & Spa as an external guest with my partner on June 27, 2025. We paid €140 for a couples massage (which was great) and €155 for access to the SPA, which turned out to be a complete disappointment. The Turkish bath was off, no steam at all. The sauna didn’t work, even after waiting 20+ minutes. The jacuzzi water was dirty, with visible floating debris. We reported these issues twice to the staff. Each time, they told us to “wait 15 minutes” but nothing ever worked. To avoid arguing, we even paid an extra €50 to use the outdoor pool, but that doesn’t justify the failed SPA experience. We tried to resolve this politely by email, sent video proof, and requested a refund they refused, claiming “we used the facilities” when in fact the main facilities were unusable. For €155, I expect working services not excuses. Totally disappointed. I do not recommend the SPA at this hotel.
