Clean rooms which are presented to a Hugh standard. The pool and sauna are amazing. The only down side was trying to get from the room to the ski slopes as the path wasn't cleared. Other than that, perfect stay.

We had a nice stay at Mona Lisa Residence Deneb in Risoul and would happily stay again. The apartment for six was spacious for the four of us. The wifi did not work during the week we stayed there, which was a little unfortunate as 4G was also of varied quality in Risoul. The pillows were horrible, high and hard. Duvets were good. Kitchen was a little randomly stocked, we were missing a cutting board. We also had few glasses, whereas there were plenty of cups and plates. Other guests lacked other items. Maybe a check list would have been good, with a regular restocking of items that easily are broken or otherwise need replacement. Risoul is beautiful , and we very much enjoyed both the pool, sauna and the spacious apartment with full kitchen, with oven and dish washer. Great that we got a little starter pack, especially for late arrivals, maybe also an extra roll of toilet paper would have been smart.

The place itself is great, perfect location near the ski domain, pool, jacuzzi, big appartements. One wc is too few for 4+ people but that's ok. The real problem lies with agencies which do not clean the appartements before a guest arrives while they make you wait til 4pm. From what I read in other comments, this seem to be rather common while they acted like it was a one time mistake.
