Terrible experience. This place is all about sucking money out of you. We reserved the biggest villa expecting at least some level of service, but they were completely non-cooperative from the start. Staff were rude, unhelpful, and made us feel like we were a burden instead of guests. For a resort in Riyadh, the prices are outrageously high with absolutely nothing special to justify it. No hospitality, no courtesy, no real value—just overpriced rooms and poor treatment. Definitely not worth it. Save your money and go somewhere else.
