I stayed at the Isrotel Noga in May 2025. Good -Wonderful and friendly reception from the agent on duty, Logan. -Excellent location, a couple of minutes to walk to the public beach area -Refurbished rooms, well appointed, and comfortable. -Nice pool area, with covered seating areas, along with shaded areas. Unfortunately, the pool is not covered with a shade similar to some other hotel pools that I have visited in the area. -There is a small workout room (did not use) and a spa area (also did not use, but there was a pool there). The Not So Good -There was a lot of food selection, but it was not great. There was not a lot of flavour, and the quality was average. -Parking can be an issue. There are a limited number of parking spots in the front of the hotel, and once those are taken, you need to find somewhere to park in the area.

It's pretty good, but not perfect. Having said that I think it's probably a good choice in that area overall! The good: the hotel is pretty well maintained, it's clean overall and has REALLY tasty food so I'd get the half board without thinking twice. The pool is basic but nice with some nice sun beds and a small cocktail bar. The vibe was good and I'd say it's a good place for couples or families, not for young single people who are looking to go all out. The bad: there is a very steep slope you need to go through in order to get to the hotel, the dead sea area gets quite hot during the day so this uphill road can be very difficult or frustrating for out of shape people, not sure why they didn't make an exit towards the beach, it seems pretty easy to do. Another con is that there are no balconies in the rooms, it's all windows only (they open if you need air). Overall it's basic but good basic.

Very bad experience!!! It was written specifically in the order that the checkout for Saturday’s checkin is at 2PM. Despite that, the reception members and the customers experience manager refused to follow the order wording and claimed that it’s a misunderstanding. Therefore we had to leave our 2 rooms urgently while changing all our vacation plans. I’ve been in Isrotel hotels many times and was always very satisfied. This is the first time I’m facing such disappointment. If you’re looking for better Isrotel hotel in the Dead Sea, go to Nevo.
