I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the wonderful stay I had at your hotel. I was truly impressed with the exceptional service and the genuine warmth of your staff. The villa was beautiful with a stunning view, and the pool was clean and warm. The breakfast was good, and the room service was excellent. I must also commend the reception and front desk staff for their outstanding hospitality. Specially Ms. Natty. Your hotel is perfect for families, offering privacy and a peaceful atmosphere. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway. Thank you again for making my stay so memorable. I look forward to visiting you again soon.
It was a great stay at Noku hotel. The facility is very luxurious, room is always clean, you will not see a single insect despite having our room in the middle of a jungle. It’s all green around you and the terrace view with infinity pool is beyond amazing. The breakfast is international and suitable for almost all cultures. The staff are very very friendly and professional. The location of the hotel is peaceful you will never hear a motor or a car sound. This is very important when choosing a hotel in Thailand, because some other areas are very busy and noisy all day. Also you can easily request bolt ride and within maximum 5 minutes it will reach the hotel. Highly recommended hotel. A must to stay in when you are in Phuket.
I don’t usually write negative reviews, but in this case, I feel it’s necessary. When we arrived, we found a cockroach in our bathroom. Housekeeping didn’t take action until we followed up a second time – not exactly what you’d expect from a hotel that presents itself as premium. Worse, however, was the loud music coming from a nearby villa – not just once, but over the course of three to four days. We called reception twice with no result. Eventually, we went down to the front desk ourselves to address the issue in person. That seemed to trigger a short-lived response – the music quieted down for about 15 minutes, before returning just as loud as before. It felt like our concerns weren’t being taken seriously at all. What was especially disappointing: not once were we able to speak to a manager directly. When we went to the front desk, again – no manager. We were left only with the very kind reception staff, who clearly tried their best, but were ultimately powerless to resolve the issue. Even after a business partner of ours called the hotel directly and tried to escalate the matter in Thai, they requested we come up to reception to discuss the matter, but when we did we were once again only spoken to by a reception staff who seemed to know minimal information. Once again, no manager. No real apology. No actual plan. It is very disappointing that after four formal contacts about the issue - not once did we see a manager. This is hard to fathom in 2025 at a hotel that claims to be 5 stars. Unfortunately, the only solution offered was to move us the next day to a lower room category – while keeping the same rate we were already paying for our higher-category room. That offer felt more like a formality than a real attempt to help. It’s also worth mentioning that the disruptive music was coming from guests in the villa opposite – and while every hotel welcomes a mix of cultures and backgrounds, one might hope for some basic mutual respect when it comes to noise levels. All in all, while the hotel looks the part, it didn’t deliver in terms of service or guest experience. It’s unfortunate – we had high expectations.
