Playa Moments was actually really great. Nolita is an older building with some issues. They really did their best to fix things that were a problem. They were fair with the cost per unit with electricity. It's loud sure but the music is festive and happy. Thanks for everything guys!
It is not the best place to stay, but it is close to 5th avenue and mamitas beach so that really makes up for it
Great place during the day, with a rooftop pool and fantastic location, but a nightmare for families during the night due to live rock bands and no sound insulation. The elevator was broken throughout the stay. Bars have live bands that are playing rock music until about 1-2am. If you are here to party, then this is a place for you, but if you are here with children, stay away.
