A great hotel. Very clean and comfortable rooms. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is better than very good. The location can’t be beat. Would highly recommend this hotel and happily stay there again.
Everyone at the Nomaa hotel was great. The front desk went above and beyond - they noticed I was taking the stairs and sent a text to ask me if I would like to be on a lower level. I told them, I do the stairs for the exercise. It was great to notice that they pay attention to the guests with that much detail. The restaurant staff was always amazing and the food was great. Housekeeping and all other employees went above and beyond. Always a pleasure to stay at the Nomaa hotel. Thank you very much.
Apparently on big holidays, even if you pay the high price to stay in the rooms, they won’t help you get reservations for dinner … even in their own restaurant … 🤷♂️ Mostly, the experience was good. The rooms are beautiful, but lacking a space to eat (again we had to order room service because there was no other way to get food). And generally speaking, the service was good. But there was one representative at the front who was extremely sarcastic, unhelpful and rude. He really ruined our experience. On the other hand, Bruno was extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay.
