We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights during our trip to Kathmandu and had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a great variety. The staff and reception truly stood out with their exceptional hospitality; always smiling, polite, and eager to help with anything we needed. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kathmandu!
The accommodation is quite close to many convenient facilities. There are plenty of shops nearby, including restaurants, general stores, money exchange services, and souvenir shops The staff provided very attentive service, spoke politely, and were very helpful. The room was clean and spacious The breakfast seemed fresh. Although the selection was not very extensive, it was still very good overall.
My room was truly amazing. Immaculate. Faultless. Very good value. The outside area is lovely and the piano bar is high quality. I thought the breakfast could have been slightly better (I enjoyed my breakfast), but I just felt there is a little room to improve it further. Very friendly staff too. I suppose the one slight negative, is that the hotel is not right in the centre. It is a 15 minute walk or a taxi ride. On the plus side, the location is quiet - the historic centre isn't!
