Definitely the best hotel we stayed at in London. At check-in, we were upgraded to one of the top suites since it was our Anniversary and also being a Diamond member. The lady at check-in (I forgot to write down her name, but it sounded Middle Eastern/Mediterranean) was so sweet and kind and escorted us to our room to explain everything about it. The suite had a fantastic view of the Opera Room and was so spacious and elegantly appointed despite being a historical building. The breakfast was top notch and provided a lot more food than we were expecting, we couldn't finish it all which made us feel bad. We also really enjoyed a drink at the library style bar before we went to see our show and service was very good there as well. Location wise, it's in a really great area that is bustling and has a lot to offer. We will definitely return again!

What a wonderful hotel! Would recommend to anyone. The room was beautiful and comfortable. Housekeeping was very good. Staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The hotel restaurant was excellent!

This hotel has a boutique feel, the rooms have a unique vibe and it was clean and spacious. The location is very good for exploring London. The staff were very helpful and attentive - they even served us a late breakfast while we were waiting for our room at check-in after breakfast service ended.
