Rooms are tidy and clean. Access is simple and digital. No cues, no waiting time. Just keying a code that arrive on Whatsapp the same day. Very easy. I had a problem understanding how the TV worked and immediately I got support (at midnight). It was an excellent experience, and all this in the heart of Valencia, with lots of restaurants, bars, cafes, and ice cream shops. And a few steps away from the main railway station. I will repeat.
Great location, really clean rooms and a brilliant service with quick responses to any queries we had and always happy to help. Would recommend and come again!
Sewer smelling bathroom. Hair in the shower. Loose tiles in the shower. No storage area to leave luggage if you arrive early, or after check out. Dicy elevator that sometimes works, sometimes not. Check in is fully digital and automatic, but had to ask for the check in details. Location is nice. Several bars and restaurants, on the edge if the old city centre.
