This is a perfect place for family short getaway. Far away from city hassles and noise. And affordable! But the key reason I'm leaving this Google review is because I want to sincerely compliment a staff who has been very helping and welcoming since the point of checking in. Her spoken English is good and she doesn't run away with all the requests to her and try to always find solution. This is the attitude I love to see :) her name is Vina. Please give her a thumbs up if you see her at the resort 😄
As for the rooms, I think they need renovation, especially the furniture, which looks very old. Or is that just the concept of this resort? I don't understand. But if you need peace, this place is far from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Before I was so excited but when I was that please in few hours I saw the map the basket in the corner. The map was so dirty. And table there's a lot of big aunts. I was thinking if our bedsheets was change or not the panty of the first guest still hanging in the bathroom. Bathroom is not even clean. Corners or the tables there's cobwebs. Our Rome number 26b the service it was poor the people aren't friendly. I was like I can't wait to get out the resort that time we check in it was June 7to8.
