Good place to stay. Nice location with clean,organized and spacious rooms. Very near to Mall of Emirates and easy access to metro stations and other major attractions in Dubai. Excellent service provided by friendly staff. Highly recommend for the short and long stay stay.
Very friendly and attentive staff. The rooms are fairly large especially the 2 bedroom suites. Very clean and decently appointed. Lots of restaurants, supermarkets, laundry etc., etc., nearby. Then of course Mall of the Emirates is within walking distance. Overall a good experience and great value.
Smoking inside units. Smoking inside halls. Smoking inside stairs. Local land owners are aggressive and not friendly. Very frightening as if the laws don't apply to them. Did not feel safe . Trash in the halls, hallway smells of garbage Air conditioning might be connected to the sewage line, when used the room smells like a toilet. Stay away. Will not recommend to anyone even an enemy.
