Gorgeous experience, saunas are very nice and a few swimming pools too. Especially the hot one! The family hotel room was nice, and had everything we needed. Coffee at breakfast time was amazing!! Massive bonus! The only thing to feed back, the girls at the spa bar should be more customer friendly.
Honestly, I loved this place, although I stubbed my toe 7 times there. I hate the fact that the restaurant here is expensive, but it doesn't even taste good... I'm here in this Pubi, and the food is taking FOREVER. I've been sitting here for 1 and a half hours. The pools are good and the saunas as well. The rooms are great and tidy, but the receptionist lied about where the pools were (saying they were on another floor than were they were). I love the fact that the slides didn't work. I wanted to ride them? And now they're out of order or something?? Trust me on the fact that the scented sauna is the best! But don't trust me when I say that MY FOOD has arrived when I was writing it. (It didn't. ) oop, never mind. Recommended!!
What a scam!! Big disappointment, ruined Bday trip. Don't book directly through the hotel, use a big secured booking platform instead if you still want to go. I booked a room months in advance for my birthday and when I arrived, with all my luggages, a small kid, tired after a long roadtrip, the reception told me my booking doesn't exist, that it was canceled by their system, because of an error and no room available. I don't think it was an error, probably just overbooking. The reception refused to call a manager and barely spoke English. They did offer a room in another hotel 1 km away, with access to their waterpark, but it was not what I planned, because it was an old rundown hotel, without AC, without a restaurant open for lunch, and the food for dinner was very low quality, but expensive. It was very inconvenient and not the nice spa trip that I planned for. This was by farr the worst traveling experience in years of traveling. Would not recommend ever! If you're not Russian, don't go there, it can be a disastrous experience. Plus the beach in Narva is nothing special and not worth the effort of traveling there. Parnu beach and hotel experience was farr better.
