We stayed at Noosa Blue Resort for two nights and had a wonderful experience. Initially, I booked a garden view suite, but when I contacted the resort, they kindly suggested upgrading to a poolside suite, saying it would be more romantic for us — and they were absolutely right! Check-in was officially at 3 pm, but I requested an early check-in, and I really appreciated that they messaged me around 1 pm to let me know our room was ready. The check-in process at reception was quick, smooth, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The resort has secure, covered parking which made it very convenient for us as we had a rental car. There are also lifts, which is great if you have luggage or just want easy access to your room. Our suite was very clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. We loved having a private sauna in the bathroom — it was such a relaxing touch after a day out exploring. The balcony overlooked the swimming pool area, which was beautifully maintained and added to the holiday vibe. The location is also fantastic — it’s only about a 10-minute walk or a quick 3-minute drive to Hastings Street and Noosa Main Beach, so it was easy for us to pop down for shopping, coffee, or a swim. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. We really enjoyed our stay and felt well looked after. I would definitely recommend Blue Noosa Resort to couples or families looking for a clean, comfortable, and relaxing place to stay in Noosa. We’d love to come back again!
Nicely appointed, clean rooms although a little dated. Spa in room and on the rooftop was amazing to have access to. The view from the rooftop was amazing. There was a bit of noise from neighbours at times. A short walk down to Hastings St bit a bit of a climb to get back up! The bed was two large singles pushed together which was a little uncomfortable.
I rarely ever leave reviews but I was so disappointed with our room 205. This was our first holiday in a long time and it was by no means cheap. But our experience felt like a 2 star motel. It was filthy - there was black mould and dust/dirt everywhere, the floors were sticky and the spa bath still had short/curly hair in it. When we complained to reception, we were told there was only one other room available next door, but the cleanliness was only slightly better. For two of the nights, we were woken up regularly by a lot of stomping and "dragging furniture" noise, from upstairs. Due to the fact that we were close to the reception and entry, we heard every person come and go, as well as their conversations. There was also loud door slamming, regularly. When we asked for clean towels over the intercom, we were greeted with laziness and told to come get them from reception, and bring our wet towels for exchange. I wouldn't return to this hotel or recommend to anyone. The pictures of the hotel appear lovely, but they hide a lot!
