Noosa Hill Resort

Great place to stay. Excellent location 5 minute walk down right side of hill and you're at supermarkets and all basic shops you need. Seven minute walk down left side of hill and you're in Hastings Street. Buses bring you back up the hill. Straight access the road is a bottle shop and a hotel with open air dining.

We stayed at Noosa Hill Resort for four nights and had a mixed experience. The highlight of our stay was the incredibly welcoming receptionist—she was amazing and made us feel right at home! The location is also fantastic, just a short walk to Noosa Main Beach and Noosa Junction, with the added convenience of free parking right at the unit. Tennis Court, pool and spa are also amazing! We were able to check in earlier and late check out, which we didn’t use, because of the next part! However, we were disappointed to find out about ongoing maintenance only after booking. The noise was intense—so loud that we had to wear headphones, and eventually, we just left to escape it. The cleaning standards were also lacking. The terrace hadn’t been cleaned, there was dust everywhere, and the kitchen utensils were dirty, with oil stains on the pans, dirt on the cutlery, and even cracked glasses. Overall, the resort has a great location and potential, but the cleanliness definitely needs improvement. Hopefully, management takes note of similar feedback because with better upkeep, this place could be truly amazing!

We booked and paid for a superior one bedroom apartment but were instead placed in an old three bedroom apartment with two of the bedrooms locked. No one informed us of the change or explained the situation we only realised once we arrived and saw it didn’t match what we had booked. This is not acceptable, and unfortunately, we will not be returning
