Nordelaia

Nordelaia was an amazing experience. The hotel is beautifully located in the hills of Piemonte, offering breathtaking views in a peaceful and quiet setting. The property itself is new yet blends harmoniously with the surrounding nature. Our room was spacious, quiet, and very comfortable, a true haven of relaxation. But what really made our stay exceptional was the quality of the service. Every member of the staff, from reception to the restaurants, was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. We felt truly welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. The culinary experience was another highlight. Both restaurants delivered exceptional food with creative flavors and a focus on local ingredients. Every meal was a pleasure. We only stayed for two nights but left completely recharged and already dreaming of coming back. A perfect blend of style, calm, and outstanding hospitality.

Our two days at the hotel were wonderfully leisurely—we went hiking, wandered through nearby villages, and relaxed in the spa lounge while listening to the rain. The service was exceptional: attentive, courteous, and happy to share local tips. Breakfast was a highlight, with a generous and tasty spread. The only minor letdown was the fine dining restaurant; as someone who prefers subtle flavors, I found the dishes overly seasoned.

Amazing place. Staff were very friendly and helpful…the whole hotel has been really well decorated with all the amenities you could want in a small luxury hotel. Both restaurants served really 5 star food!
