Nordic Resort

It was a very nice and spacious villa. The customer service was excellent. The restaurant service was great and food was very delicious with reasonable pricing. the swimming pool was good and well maintained. The only issue was with maintenance I think, we had a major water leakage on the second floor from the master bedroom bathroom. We asked for the maintenance service and they did show up and fixed it then.

The resort is nice and spacious, but it definitely needs better maintenance and more attention to cleanliness. The breakfast area is very small, and the villa could be improved by adding proper bathroom and pool facilities. The third floor doesn’t have air conditioning, and while there’s a washing machine, the setup isn’t very practical.

i am expressing my deepest disappointment regarding the new rules and extra charges recently applied to your resort bookings. My family and I have been loyal guests for many years, booking with you annually and recommending your resort to our relatives and friends, many of whom also make multiple reservations every year based on our positive experiences. Unfortunately, this year’s attempt to book was met with an unexpected and unreasonable new policy. The requirement of paying an additional 10 BHD per visitor is excessive and unjustified, especially since this charge does not even apply to overnight guests. To make matters more concerning, limiting a large villa to only eight people simply does not make sense. These villas are designed to accommodate big families, and the new restrictions go against the very purpose of renting such spaces — which is to enjoy quality time together as a group. This rule not only creates inconvenience but also diminishes the value of the resort experience. Families like mine, who have been consistently loyal and supportive, are now forced to reconsider our future reservations. With such policies in place, the resort risks losing many of its loyal customers who have trusted and supported it over the years. We truly hope you will reconsider this new policy, as it places unnecessary restrictions and financial burdens on families who simply want to enjoy their time together.
