We (a couple with a small child) rented the apartment in October. We were surprised by the attention to detail with which the charming apartment was furnished! Nothing is missing—even for a longer stay. Our daughter was especially happy about the bocce game. The apartment is very centrally located, yet quiet. At night, you can actually hear the sound of the sea. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the large loggia due to the not-so-good weather conditions; perhaps we'll come back next time in the summer!
Westerland and the North Sea Residence were very well attended this summer. The caretaker in the North Sea Residence is always friendly and Ms. Carstensen's apartment is very attractive and clean. The beds are comfortable and the apartment is well equipped. Nothing is missing, especially in the kitchen. This is important because we didn't always want to go to the restaurant (Corona). Gladly again!
The name says it all 'Residence'! Long hallways, little atmosphere. Just like a home. The apartment we visited was bright and nicely decorated. The view is less appealing. That has nothing to do with the flair of a Sylt holiday, what a shame! .
