Exceptional Stay with Unforgettable Memories! Rating: ★★★★★ We stayed at Nordstern Hotel Karakoy for 10 nights (April 10–20) and it was one of the most memorable trips we’ve ever had. The hotel is in a perfect location — right in Karakoy, within walking distance to major attractions like Galata Bridge, Galata Tower, and public transport options. It’s easy to get around the city from here and the area is full of great places to eat and explore. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. We slept so well every night, and appreciated all the amenities provided. Everything we needed was there. One of the highlights of our stay was the amazing view from the hotel — overlooking the sea and the Galata Bridge. Enjoying the delicious and varied breakfast every morning while soaking in the view was such a beautiful way to start the day. The staff were incredibly kind and professional — always greeting us with a smile, helpful and attentive from check-in to check-out. If you’re visiting Istanbul and want a hotel that combines location, comfort, stunning views, and warm hospitality, I highly recommend Nordstern Hotel. The rooms are beautifully designed, blending modern comfort with classic charm. Everything was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. Waking up to a stunning view of the city and the sea was an unforgettable experience. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Their warm, professional, and attentive service made all the difference. The breakfast was delightful, offering a variety of fresh and delicious options with a view that made every morning special. Hotel is fine. Location also, although it’s a bit noisy. But what’s not good, is that one day the shower drainage was not working, and the next day there was no hot water. When we complained about the lack of hot water, the old guy at the reception was just saying there was no hot water because they were repairing something. He was too arrogant to apologize. The young personnel is fine, the old guy not. Besides, the room was not very clean. The room (suite) was big, and it had a nice view.
