Good Hotel, with two big and nice swimming pools. But for service i will give just three stars)
The location is very distinguished and design is very good but the problem is the management and their attitude and the place hygine In addition, the food is repetitive and no varity with poor qulity There is no flxibilty and need to change the management style as there was alot of complaints from customers Alot of customers' complaints were about air conditioning is not working, TV is not working and fridge too The people is the problem..
Bad service Rooms are unclean Food is not good Very bad experience
