Norn Talay Surin Beach Phuket

This is my third time staying here, and every visit has been an amazing experience. I am truly impressed with everything about this place. The room is beautifully maintained, with an incredibly soft and comfortable bed that ensures a restful sleep. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the breathtaking view from the room is simply unforgettable. Watching the sunlight shimmer on the ocean’s surface creates such a magical and peaceful atmosphere—perfect for relaxation and unwinding from daily life. One of the highlights of my stay is definitely the swimming pool. The view from the pool is absolutely stunning, offering a perfect spot to soak in the beauty of the surroundings while enjoying a refreshing swim. The ambiance is so serene and picturesque that it feels like a dream. The breakfast is another fantastic part of the experience. The food is fresh, delicious, and offers a great variety to start the day right. But what makes this place even more special is the exceptional service. The front desk staff are incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to assist with anything you need. They provide excellent recommendations and make you feel genuinely valued as a guest. Their friendliness and professionalism truly enhance the overall experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful stay at an affordable price. The hotel has an amazing view from it. We only stayed one night. The staff didn't leave any impression on us good or bad. The rooms were dated but satisfactory. No lift working in the hotel. Most definitely not a 4 star hotel. Id say you are paying for the view more than anything.

Our worst stay in Thailand unfortunately. You have to walk over rocks and through a plastic rubbish patch to get to the beach. The pool was over-chlorinated so unusable. The pool bar was stacked up with chairs and rubbish. It looked to have been closed for a very long time. There were three of us (adults) staying, however they wouldn’t give us a second room key, so we had to sit in the foyer every time we came back to wait for someone to open our door. Beds were clean and comfortable. Bathroom was very old and dirty. TV didn’t work. Lift has been removed, so it’s a very long walk up and down ramps to get to room / pool etc. the photos on Booking.com bear no relevance to the current state of this site.
