North Beach Resort & Villas

Our stay at North Beach Resort & Villas was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The resort itself is stunning — beautifully maintained grounds, spacious villas, and breathtaking ocean views that made every morning feel like a dream. The pools and lazy river were a highlight for our family, and the beach access couldn’t have been more convenient. The villa was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it feel like a true home away from home. We also loved the on-site dining options, which made it easy to relax and enjoy our vacation without having to leave the property. Overall, this resort exceeded our expectations in every way. If you’re looking for a relaxing yet luxurious getaway in Myrtle Beach, North Beach Resort & Villas is the perfect choice. We can’t wait to come back!

Our first trip to North Beach Resort & Villas was a short getaway on a long weekend. We stayed in the Villas & used the Shuttle to go the Pool & Beach access. We also walked a couple of times back to the Villa, which was not too far to walk in my opinion. We thought the Shuttle was convenient and both drivers we had were friendly and kind. Everyone working the gate and towel area was friendly and professional. It was busy at the pools but we always got a couple of chairs together. Staying in the Villas was so nice to be away from the resort and hustle & bustle but close enough to use the amenities. The home was clean and in good condition.

This was our fourth time staying at this resort, and sadly, it will be our last. What used to be a relaxing getaway has turned into a complete disaster. The decline in quality, cleanliness, and professionalism is shocking. To start, the staff has become downright rude. In the past, they were at least friendly and helpful, but now? They act like you're bothering them just by asking a question. No hospitality, no effort, just bad attitudes all around. Then there was the room, which was absolutely disgusting. It was dirty, smelled awful, and to top it all off—there were poop stains on the couch. Let that sink in. We immediately reported it, and the front desk’s response was basically a shrug. No apology, no offer to switch rooms, just complete indifference. It’s honestly vile and unacceptable. And don’t get me started on security. They were constantly making up rules on the fly. One day something was allowed, the next day it wasn’t, depending on who you asked. It felt like a power trip more than actual security or guest safety. It’s honestly heartbreaking to see a place we once loved fall so far. We used to recommend this resort to friends and family, but after this experience, we’ll be telling everyone to stay far away. Management needs a serious wake-up call.
