Almost a week in paradise! We stayed at North Coast Seaside Luxury Suites in June 2024, and it became our HQ and recharging station for trips around the island. We fell in love with the apartment from the online photos (especially the kitchen – crucial for us!), and the balcony with a sea view was everything we dreamed of. Every morning, we lived the ‘breakfast with orange juice on the balcony’ cliché, and we loved it! The staff was super friendly and helpful, the place well-kept, and since it’s a smaller building, it felt cozy and never crowded. The beach access was perfect, with our own sunbeds that were always well-maintained. A real hidden gem! Great location with easy access to beautiful Rethymno, plus parking by the lifeguard tower made everything easy. We've never gone back to the same vacation spot twice, but North Coast might just change that! 🌅🍊
A beautiful location by the sea, 30 minutes' walk from the old town of Rethymno. We booked 2 rooms for 4 people, but their system showed only 2 people. It was a Booking error, and they weren't very cooperative, charging us for breakfast for the 'extra' guests. We had to resolve it with Booking. Our room near the street was noisy. The Cretan breakfast omelette was watery, and the bread soaked it up. Breakfast was served in a container, nothing like the pictures. The classic menu was better but not worth 15 euros. Clean room, small but well-equipped bathroom.
