North Conway Grand Hotel

It's rare that I leave a review mid-trip, but I'm that confident we are in good hands. This is the best hotel stay I've ever had. A heated outdoor pool when the weather is already nice is the peak of luxury. Free ice cream for the kiddos at night, a movie theater, an arcade, friendly staff, the list goes on... Perfect for families, but great for anyone else too. The on-site restaurant is great and open fairly late too. We will 100% be returning here yearly. A home away from home. So grateful for this place.

Honestly very disappointed in our stay. When we checked into our room the sheets had gross crusted brown stains on them. I will say housekeeping did come in quickly to fix that. The pools were gross. The water was murky and you felt like there was a film on you once you exited. Our AC broke in the middle of the night as well. Also we were granted two gift certificates to use by family and the staff told us that we could use them towards the spa. When we went to pay at the spa we were told that was not the case. The front desk was unhelpful and honestly rude. Also we did our survey and I gave all this info and have not received any follow up. The two positives we take out of this resort 1. The spa. Incredible. Prenatal massage was so worth it 2. The chef we had was very knowledgeable with food allergies. He even got us a special dessert!

Weird rules about alcohol. All amenities geared to small children yet a charge is required for all rooms, with small children or not. Shower not hot. Would recommend someplace else unless you want the indoor/ pool/arcade for your kids. Also asked 2x for our room to be serviced on a Sunday and the request went ignored.
