The air conditioning was very weak and made a lot of noise, not the greatest combination especially in summer. The same was true for the bathroom, the ventilation made an incredible amount of noise. The bed had a pice of wood under it that has fallen. It s rated at 4 stars but it s not showing it based on the room I got. Overall it was nice, the strong point it s the location

Overall very good value for the price. Prime location close/in the city center. Clean rooms, lots of services. Few stars taken off due to the lack of customer service by a young lady working reception the day of 9 August, couldn’t catch her name but she was extremely rude and inpatient to me, asked a few questions about room service and was completely shut down in a matter of seconds, I know working in hospitality/service is difficult considering I work in service also, but if you show rude behavior to your customers regularly, eventually they will stop spending their money at your establishment. The customer is always right is a nice golden rule that Gentlemen working the reception was excellent, wish all the hotel employees had the same attitude. Otherwise has a pleasant side, if not for the rude employee this would have been a 5 star stay.

I stayed at Hotel Continental in Timișoara recently. The location is excellent — very central, with easy access to main attractions and public transport. The room was clean and adequately equipped for a short stay. Staff were polite, although service at times felt a bit impersonal or rushed. Some areas of the hotel, especially the interior decor, could benefit from an update to match the exterior and lobby standard. Overall, a decent stay if you’re looking for convenience and a central location.
