North star Hangzhou Expo Center Hotel

Loved this hotel. Attached to the main convention center. Great buffet meals (lunch with chocolate fountain) and exceptional service all through the hotel. Most incredible gardens you can walk in. Very convenient access to the subway. If I am ever back in Hangzhou for a conference, I’d insist on staying here.

The hotel located near subway station and bus stop. Not close to the town but easy to go anywhere by bus and subway. Nothing much around the hotel in walking distance just some restaurants in a block away and only one convenience store in the next building. =========== The service is great specially the dining room staff, polite and willing to serve. They could remember that our family needed fork and knife and bring to us every time they knew where we sit. I asked for some ice to compress my ankle they gave me an ice pack in plastic bag which was ready to use, very appreciated. The front office couldn't speak English well but they tried to communicate and willing to help. =========== The fitness was well equipped, clean and quiet. Overall I was happy to stay there.

Amazing hotel. Amazing rooms and views. I have to say I was quite disappointed about the staff cause just a few of them speak English and sometimes that's really frustrating.
