Northern Quest Resort & Casino

Monday night and this place was hopping crazy wild & crowded. The slots were all paying, lots of action here. Best place to gamble on this side of the mountains. The rooms in the hotel are beautiful and updated. Casino personnel are polite and have a great attitude. There is something to eat for anyone here, restaurants are all over the edge of the casino floor area. Drinks are reasonably priced. I will definitely come back.

We have been coming to Northern quest for quite a while gambling and staying here at the hotel. We recently stayed in the cottages as well which was enjoyable. I will say the property is really nice and is growing and offers a lot of amenities and really cool things that other casinos do not have. Having works in a casino for 10 years and my husband working in one for 14 we are very picky coming from really great resort in San Diego but we enjoy our time at quest. We have been to numerous casinos in the area and this is one of the nicer ones. We tend to have pretty good luck here overall. The food is pretty decent, not the best but not horrible. I love that there is a movie theater and a kids area even though it's kind of sad to see people bring in their kids there all hours of the night like it's some sort of vacation destination for kids and I really don't feel like casino should be, but quest has made it this way. I guess it's better than leaving your kids with a sitter. The hotel is pretty nice although our room yesterday for our anniversary could have used a little better cleaning. The vent was completely dusty which was kind of an off-put. We woke up to some noise outside from some trucks and construction type noise. One thing that upsets me is they do have adult hours for the pool and last night there was a child there close to midnight and closing. Celebrating your anniversary it would have been nice to not have children running around there and there was a security guard close by. I feel that they should monitor and enforce the pool hours. I have been there before when I had 17-year-olds and I did not even let them go in after adult hours so it's just kind of frustrating to see a kid approximately 8 years old there at almost midnight. Another thing I was not happy about this morning was that the coffee stand near the casino was closed. Why offer an amenity and have it be closed in the morning around 9:30 it should have already been open. Overall we enjoy it and we will keep coming back. We love the concert venue. There are a lot of positive things and some negative of course that come with every casino.

Nice hotel, great amenities. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Room was clean and tastefully decorated. Bathroom was large with amazing shower. TV service very spotty and kept freezing. Restaurants and cafes great. Not crazy about the smoking allowed inside the casino that you have to walk through to get anywhere. Especially when you have kids with you. But overall a good experience.
