NOTE: North Harbor Hotel Lobby is on 8th floor. Probably the most convenient location in the area; good access to train station. Room was clean and neat; staffs were pleasant to converse with. Recommend to others.
The elevator : Crazy late; Only 2 available for your floor; too many hotel guest; it probably makes you late for your appointment. The room : 1. Slippers - No disposable one; if you are an eco-free prefer person, it may be ok lol; little bit dirty ; even the pair was not matched each other. 2. Smell - it smelled like a cheaper motel.. 3. Bathrobe : Dirty; some strain on the garment.. The Service : 1. They do not answer the front call around 11PM.. 2. I was not able to use the parking lot of this hotel for 3 days of my stay. 3. The view might be perfect with this hotel; best view in Busan, however they gave me the low floor, even though the photos of hotel reservation was higher floor view..
Would not recommend. Room smelt like really strong sewerage which was unbearable. Lasted 1 hour and had to rebook 4 nights accommodation elsewhere, with no compensation for room. Staff were not helpful at all.
